• Instructions to complete the Annual Student Data Confirmation Update

    1. Log on to ParentVUE https://ca-mesd-pvue.edupoint.com/ - Click on the “Annual Student Data Confirmation Update” button below each student enrolled in the 24-25 school year.

    2. Click on Begin (or Resume) "Confirmation Update."

    3. Click the square for "Annual Student Data Confirmation Update."

    4. Confirm you are on the correct screen by checking to see if it says "Annual Student Data Confirmation Update" in the top left corner. If it does, please click "Continue" to start the update.

    5. Either parent/guardian can complete the update, even if they were not the original enrolling parent/guardian. If a second parent/guardian attempts to start an update for the same student, you will receive a warning on the Introduction screen to confirm if you want to complete it again. If you do not see the warning, please click "Continue" to start the update.

    Important Notes:

    • During the online student data update, please do not use the back arrow on your browser to return to a previous page.  Please use the system buttons to return to a previous page.

    • If you need to stop the data update process and log out, your information will be saved and upon login, you may pick up where you left off or start over.

    • When you have completed the online process, please click Review to confirm all data entered during the process is accurate.  You will also have the option to Print a copy of the data update information that you entered before submitting.

    • If you are unable to complete the Annual Student Data Confirmation Update, please contact webmaster@millbraesd.org for assistance.



    If you previously started the "New and Former Student Enrollment" square, please follow the instructions below to reset your account and reveal the square for the "Annual Student Data Confirmation Update".

    1. If you see "New and Former Student Enrollment" in the top left corner, this screen is for enrolling a new or former student, and not used to complete the update. Please click either "Delete New and Former" button to reset your account and allow you to see the square for "Annual Student Data Confirmation Update" instead.
