Developer & School Impact Fees
Per Education Code section 17620 and Government Code section 65995, The Millbrae Elementary School District is authorized to levy a fee against residential, commercial and industrial development projects that occur within the boundaries of the district. The Millbrae Elementary School District shares developer fees with the San Mateo Union High School District.
Effective May 20, 2024:
Per Resolution No. 23-24-09 approved on March 19, 2024, the following fees have been adopted for all new construction or additions that are over 500 square feet.

The Millbrae Elementary School District accepts checks/money orders only, we are unable to process credit/debit cards. Payment of Developer Fees can be made at the District Office located at 555 Richmond Drive in Millbrae.

Per Resolution No. 25-26-17 approved on April 14, 2026, the following fees have been adopted for all new construction or additions over 500 square feet.
