Cycle
of Nature
Written
by, Derek Chow
In
the beautiful world of land and sea,
There
are incredible sights that are best left be.
Majestic
mountains rising high,
Rushing
rivers, streaming by,
Wide
deep valleys cut through the land,
And
Mother Nature lends a helping hand.
Animals
roam the empty Earth,
But
of other beings, life gives birth,
The
evil beings finally appear,
And
in the heart of Earth grows fear.
They
are more ignorant than the other kind,
And
of the cycle of nature, they are blind.
They
cut down the forests bit by bit,
And
of those trees, a few are lit.
As
fires burn the once green land,
Destroying
the work by nature’s hand.
The
beings attempt to kill each other,
Laying
waste to a fallen brother.
Constantly,
they fight and kill,
For
some it’s for the blood lust thrill
Drops
of crimson, oil and rust,
Mother
Natures looks in disgust.
Animals
die, cut down by man,
Only
to cook in the frying pan,
Animals
killed, forever gone,
Never
to see the bright sun’s dawn.
People’s
ignorance, empty minds,
Slaughtering
creatures of different kinds.
And
when Mother Nature can stand no longer,
The
forces of Nature grow much stronger,
Hurricanes,
earthquakes, winds, tornadoes,
Disaster
from rumbling volcanoes,
Man
is gone, forever dead,
Much
like the animals they caught and bred,
And
now that the Earth is rid of men,
The
cycle of nature begins again.
