The Resource Specialist Program (RSP) at Spring Valley Elementary School serves students with specific learning disabilities. Beatrice Godoy, the resource specialist, and Pam Ores, the RSP instructional aide, team teach with the general education teachers to provide RSP students with the support necessary to be successful academically . Children are also served in the resource classroom where they receive instruction at a level appropriate for their needs along with enrichment activities. Children enjoy the extra attention they receive and are excited about the progress they are making.
