ONLINE FIRST DAY DOCUMENTS PACKAGE

In an effort to use less paper the Millbrae School District is electronically distributing our student information packet for the 2009-2010 school year. This is a pilot program with Taylor Middle School and Green Hills Elementary only.

Forms can be filled out online. Print and Sign and return required documents to school.

  • Be sure to fill out all forms that are titled "Print and Return".
  • Electronic forms can be filled out online, printed then signed by parent and/or student.

8/24/09 thru 8/27/09 - Registration packets can be dropped off at the District Office (7:30 am - 1:00pm)
8/21/09 and  8/28/09 - Registration packets can be dropped off at the school site. (7:30 am - 1:00pm)
8/24/09 - Kindergarten   Roundup
8/31/09 - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
