Food Services Prepayment

To help our students go through the lunch line quicker, please make prepayments on your child/children’s account.  Take advantage of your ability to make prepayments online.  It is an easy and convenient process.  Please click on the link to access MyNutriKids.com. There is a $1.75 convenient fee that will be charged.  You may also make prepayments at your school any day of the week.  For your convenience, there is a drop-off payment box located in your school’s cafeteria.  We accept exact cash or check.  Prepayments are used for breakfast and lunch meals. 

Studies link full stomachs to improve attendance and test scores, and fewer behavior problems.  Millbrae School District has a Breakfast Program at Lomita Park which is served at 7:55 a.m.  All Elementary Schools has a 2nd Chance Breakfast Program which is served during morning recess.  This is a perfect time to have breakfast for those children who get hungry during recess, and it’s not quite lunch time yet.  The 2nd Chance Breakfast is a grab ‘n go program so the children still have time to play and get their exercise.   

Since Millbrae School District has implemented the 2nd Chance Program, our breakfast meals has increased from serving an average of 48 meals daily to 155 meals.

-          You will first need your child’s student ID number; you may get this number by contacting your child’s school or contacting the food service office.  This is the same ID number that your child has had since starting at the Millbrae School
District
. It is the also called the Permanent ID number.

-          Click Sign Up and enter the required information.

-          Click Finish to complete the initial registration process.

 

Other Information:

Add Students to Your Family Account

 -          When you log in you will be taken to the homepage.

-          Click MyKids from the main menu OR from the blue navigation bar above.

-          This is a listing of the students in your account.  It will be empty on your first visit to the site.

-          Click Add Child and enter the required information.

-          Click Add (next to your child’s name) to continue.

-          Click Add Child to repeat the process for additional children.

-          NOTE:  Your child’s transaction history report will not display information during the initial account set up process.

 

How to Make a Deposit

 -          Click Deposit Money located next to Add Student.

-          Enter an amount in the Deposit column next to your child’s name.

o    If you have more than one child, enter the amount you wish to deposit into the column next to each child’s name. DO NOT deposit money for your entire family into ONE child’s account.

-          Click Calculate.

-          Click Make Deposit.

-          You will be directed to the PayPal web site to enter your payment information.

o    You have the option to use your existing PayPal account or a major credit card to make your payment.

o    If you are using your PayPal account, enter your email address and PayPal password to continue.

o    If you are using a credit card, enter the required information. For your protection, MyNutrikids.com will not store your financial information.

-          Click Pay Now when finished.

-          Click Pay once again to finish the process.

 

Things to know and questions and answers:

Ø  If you have more than one child in the District you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account. 

Ø  Payments may be made through an existing PayPal account or with a major credit or debit card.

Ø  In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed. The convenience fee is $1.75 per deposit transaction.  Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $1.75 fee once per deposit transaction.  Millbrae School District does not profit from the use of this site. 

 

Question:  What will stop the student from purchasing more than the parent allows?

Answer:  If this is a problem with your child, simply notify us in writing with your limitations, and we will

enter it into the system.

Example: A student desires to purchase 10 of our delicious meals and you only permit one per day,

information will be placed in the system and we will comply with your wishes.
