The Millbrae School District is now accepting Facility Use Requests for the 2018-2019 school year. Please click the Civic Permits link below and follow the instructions. In order to successfully request use of Millbrae School District facilities, you are required to upload your insurance documentation (please see below) and will also need to provide your non-profit tax id if applicable. It is recommended that all requests are entered at least one month prior to the actual event.
