NEW Facilities Assessment and Master Planning Overview

Thank you Parents and Community for Voting YES on Measure X!

On November 4th, 2008, voters in the Millbrae School District passed Measure X, a $30 million dollar Bond to modernize and renovate our school sites. In June, 2009, the District hired BLACH Construction as Program Manager. BLACH is to provide planning and program management services in connection with the renovation and school modernization program in the District. In August, 2009, The District hired an Architectural firm, BFGC-IBI to perform architectural services for projects funded by Measure X.

The District Staff and the Facilities Committee look forward to working with BLACH Construction and BFGC- IBI as we proceed with renovation and modernization of our facilities due to the sale of Measure X Bonds.
On this webpage, you can find the information about the Blach and BFGC-IBI.
Again, thank you for your generous support and we are committed to proving a safe and nurturing school environment. Working together, We will make things possible and happened.
